Eleven88 / Automation agency

Business automation that closes the gaps where enquiries and bookings fall through.

Eleven88 is an automation agency in Toronto, Ontario. We find where enquiries, bookings and follow-up slip through the gaps in your business, then build the system that closes them. The three products below are front desk systems: AI receptionists that answer, book and follow up. We also build faceless automations that run in the background and get the job done without making any noise, and workflows for individuals who want to be more efficient and productive.

01 / The leak

The customer was ready. The phone just wasn’t answered.

The enquiry arrives while everyone is busy. The reply waits until tomorrow, and by then the customer has moved on. It’s rarely a lead problem. It’s what happens between the first contact and the booking, and no one is looking at that gap.

A front desk is the first place the gap shows up. It is also one of the clearest to fix, because a call has a clear start, a clear end and a calendar to book into.

  • THE CALLRings out during a service, a job or a patient visit, over lunch, after hours, on a day off.
  • THE GAPNo next step is scheduled and nothing is written down.
  • THE FIXThe call is answered, sorted and booked, and recorded.

02 / How we work

A free report first. Then one system, built and tested before it goes live.

It starts with a free Revenue Leak Report on where enquiries, bookings and follow-up may be slipping away. If something is worth building, we build one system for one problem and test it before it touches a real customer.

Find

Look for the gaps, starting with the free Revenue Leak Report.

Size

Estimate what each gap may be costing, with the assumptions stated.

Verify

Check the findings with you. Each one is labelled fact, assumption or unclear.

Build

One system on one problem, scoped in writing.

Test

Run it against your real call patterns and rules before it goes live.

Measure

A regular report on what it handled and what it passed to a person.

Our products are not self-serve apps. Each is set up by hand for your business.

03 / Front desk systems

Three front desk systems, and a way in for everything else.

These are the systems that answer the phone. Each is an AI front desk for small business, set up for one kind of work.

AVA / BEAUTY AND WELLNESS

Ava: the front desk for appointment-based beauty and wellness businesses

She answers while your hands are busy and books into your calendar.

  • Answers and books appointments for the right length of time.
  • Texts back missed calls within minutes.
  • Phones clients the day before with an appointment reminder.
  • Offers a cancelled slot to the next person on the waitlist.

CASEY / HEATING, COOLING AND HOME SERVICES

Casey: call answering and dispatch for heating, cooling and home-service companies

Every call sorted the moment it arrives, with gas and CO calls blocked from booking.

  • Sorts calls into emergency, priority and routine.
  • Routes emergencies to your on-call line.
  • Books the rest on technician calendars.

SARAH / CLINICS AND PRACTITIONER-LED PRACTICES

Sarah: the front desk for clinics and practitioner-led practices

Same plan, same practitioner, every time a patient calls.

  • Remembers a patient’s recurring appointments.
  • Books with the practitioner already treating them.
  • Hands off anything clinical.
In testingTested against a fictional clinic.

EVERYTHING ELSE / CUSTOM AUTOMATION

Not a salon, an HVAC company or a clinic? Start with how your work runs.

Law offices, accountants, roofers, contractors and other owner-run businesses lose revenue in the same places: unanswered enquiries, slow follow-up and manual admin. We map the process first, then build only what pays off.

04 / Faceless automations

The ones nobody sees, quietly getting the job done.

Not every leak is a phone call. Some are an inbox that fills up, a lead that sits unanswered, or a report that is built by hand every Friday. We build automations that run in the background and do the job without making any noise.

05 / For individuals

Workflows for people who want to get more done.

Automation isn’t only for businesses. If you run your own brand, write, publish or research, we can build the pipeline that does the repetitive part for you:

  • Automatic blog drafting and posting.
  • LinkedIn content creation.
  • Research that gathers and summarizes sources for you.
  • Personal or brand content creation and posting pipelines.

Human in the loop, by design: drafts first, you approve before anything is published, and each step is logged.

Built for the day something goes wrong.

01 / THE AGENT LISTENS

The agent takes the call.

It collects the details and reads them back. It talks; it does not decide.

02 / A WORKFLOW DECIDES

Rules decide, not the voice.

A workflow we write and test in the backend applies the rules: what is open, what is urgent, what is valid. The agent has to ask it.

03 / THE AGENT SPEAKS

It says what the workflow returned.

If the workflow returns nothing, the agent says so instead of guessing.

04 / A PERSON STAYS IN CHARGE

You set the limits.

Anything outside them goes to a person, and every call is logged so you can check what happened.

Step 1 of 4. Click a step or press Next.

Every Eleven88 system

  • Says it is an automated assistant when it talks to your customers.
  • Confirms a booking only when it has actually gone through.
  • Hands off to a person when it reaches the edge of what it is allowed to do.
  • Logs what it did, so we can see what happened and why.
  • Comes with a written list of what it can do, cannot do, and must hand off.
  • Is tested on your own rules and backend before it goes live.

None of them

  • Invent an opening or guess at an answer.
  • Promise revenue. We don’t guarantee results.
07 / How a call goes

Same job, different business.

08 / Who it is for

For owners who are also the front desk, and teams that want the phone covered.

Built for

  • Appointment-based businesses, home-service companies and practitioner-led clinics in Canada.
  • Businesses where one missed call can be a lost booking.
  • Teams that already have staff but aren’t staffed 24 hours a day. A front desk system can help your people during the day and cover the phone when the shop is closed.
  • Individuals who want repetitive content and research work taken off their plate.
  • Owners who want to see what the system did, in numbers they can check.

Probably not a fit

  • Anyone looking for a chatbot for its own sake.
  • Anyone who needs a guarantee on revenue.

Not sure which? Start with the audit and we’ll tell you where the gap actually is.

09 / Questions

Plain answers.

What do AI receptionists do?
An AI receptionist answers the phone, books appointments against a real calendar, answers basic questions, and passes anything outside its remit to a person. Ours are set up by hand for your business and tested before they take a real call.
How much does an AI receptionist cost?
It depends on your call volume, calendars and rules, so we quote after a short conversation about your business. The first step, a Revenue Leak Report, is free and you keep it.
Is there a free AI receptionist for small businesses?
Not from us. What is free is the Revenue Leak Report, which shows where enquiries and bookings may be slipping away, so you can decide whether any system is worth building.
Can AI replace a receptionist?
It can take the repetitive first step: answering, booking, texting back a missed call. It doesn’t replace the people who know your customers. Anything outside its authority goes to a person, and you decide where that line is.
Can I use AI to answer my phone calls, and is it an AI answering service?
Yes, that is what Ava, Casey and Sarah do. Unlike a typical answering service that takes a message, ours can book into your calendar on the call. It tells callers it is an automated assistant.
Can I automatically text back a missed call?
Yes. Ava does this today: a check runs every 2 minutes and texts the caller back with a message written for your business.
What are some good automations for small businesses?
Answering and booking calls, texting back missed calls, appointment reminders, offering cancelled slots to a waitlist, and following up on quotes and overdue invoices. The Revenue Leak Report shows which of these actually matters for you.
Do you guarantee results?
No. We can’t promise revenue because we don’t control your market. We define scope in writing, record a starting point, and report on what the system handled.
